**** advertising & breach of return policy

Purchased a NON STICK frying pan, when I needed to use the new frying pan, took it out of the packet ,removed the non stick sticker only to find there are scratches which is not the problem but the scratches were on the PAINT, there was no NON STICK LAYER just paint, took the frying pan back as the receipt stipulates a 7 day return policy only to get turned down they the staff insisting that I had used the frying pan and used a metal s**** that caused the scratches ignoring the fact that I'm returning because it's not a non stick frying pan and that's the reason I bought it, when I asked them if any of their frying pans are non stick as they all advertise them, the staff couldn't give me an answer.

So if you are purchasing from the phoenix China plaza, inspect properly as they are very like to turn you down as the stuff had mentioned that they get alot of complains like this and turn them down.

Sad thing is that I use to use the store regularly and spent thousands in the store.
