No guarantee on electronics

China mall is great when you want some cheap generic electronics, but its pretty much the luck of the draw: if something works badly, or stops working altogether, that''s your tough luck.

I have a lot of stuff from China Mall that works ok. But I got HD CCTV cameras that are blurry, DVR's with really bad software, and power supplies that burnt out in under an hour, and I can't return any of them. (To their credit, one shop did let me exchange a DVD player where the disk tray got stuck half way in: after a lot of arguing they agreed to swap it with an identical model, and when we tested it in the shop, it also got stuck, as did the next few. So they let me take a different brand. And it has been working fine for 6 months.)

A lot of the stuff that name brand shops sell is the same junk, but the difference is that at a regular shop, you can return stuff if you aren't happy with it. So shop at China Mall at your own peril.
