TERRIBLE SERVICE AT CHINA MALL, SOUTHERNWOOD EL

This morning 18/12/2018 I went to do shopping at the China mall in SouthernWood, East London. I took a pencil case which was priced at R8.50 and excited me as it was a bargain. When i got to the till and had the rest of my items rang, i noticed that it rang R 45.00. I brought to the tellers attention and she called Helen an Asian lady to come assist. The rudeness from her, disregard for my presence and screamed "NO SELL". I advised her of my rights and she shoved to the side and told me she doesnt care "NO SELL". I felt my spirits and dignity go down in a minute.
