China Shop lacks professionalism customer service...too rude!!!

We have always purchase from here and always received a discount on higher priced items due to us being regular customers. Went there this afternoon and the little chinese lady that sits at the last till of the cashiers refused. When I asked why she said she cant give all customers discounts,which I understood. What upset me though, is that while we paid in full for our items she served an asian couple who she was babbling about us to. I knew she spoke of us because the gentleman turned around to look at us and smirked. I confronted the lady and asked why she complained about us to the chinese customer and she denied it asking if I could understand chinese?! Really??!! I then told her its not customer service and very unprofessional. She went on to say that we could leave everything and not buy from them. Even after we paid full price!! Very unprofessional, very rude and does not bother about providing good customer servise..very inconsistent with pricing too!! I wouldve left everything if I didnt need it today. Definitely lost my support! They fail to realise our support keeps them going...at the rate theyre going on the store wont be open much longer.
