Appalling service

I was appalled by the service I received at the china hypermarket. I walked in with my everyday handbag, i was immediately stopped by the security guard because i was told it was big and he said "you may put something in your bag" I asked him why because i could see another women with the similar size bag and asked if he had checked her bag to which he could not respond. I thought the whole fiasco was over until i reached the till, i was paying for hangers and the cashier had questioned if i had switched the price to make the hangers cheaper because she didn't believe the price was accurate. I sent my niece to get other hangers for her "piece of mind" 🙄. Meanwhile she had her manger come down who surprisingly didn't see the problem as the information from the barcode was accurate on the system. When my niece had returned i had to show the lady that there was no difference between mine and the other packaging. During the conversation the security had been coming closer upon realizing there was no problem i had expressed to the cashier and security guard that i did not appreciate the humiliation i experienced in the store. Note they should consider investing into a good security system or at least let us know the acceptable dimensions of bags permitted in the store to avoid unnecessary humiliation. Also perhaps a refresher course on customer service, and employees should be aware of the products they are selling. Other than those individuals the others were okay.
