Sloppy workmanship, bad communication and unreliable

Today is 16 September 2026, I am struggling to get work to be completed by Chimu Construction, they have not finished painting or finished building rails for my front steps, they have not fixed issues with the laminate flooring or cleaned up the building rubble and personal trash.
