How can one still do business like this these days.

I made an appointment in writing it was confirmed and on the day with no communication they one sided decided to change the time completely. And you dare not say that it is not acceptable as then they just cancel your appointment completely. How you can treat customers like this these days and still do business is beyond me. Never the less luckily I was able to get another company to assist me the same day. And they were on time friendly and helpful very professional not like these rude people from chimney cleaning/Randburg firewood
