Braai and fireplace still does not work.

Braai: • My braai does not work. • He got the measurements wrong on the braai and the canopy and we had to try a compromise, but it now looks terrible. • He got the sizes of the braai incorrect. • The extractor fan on my braai which I paid a fortune for overheats in 10 minutes and smoked me out of my house.

Fireplace: • My custom built-in fireplace is a mess. • The designs he gave me are not what he installed.

Timeframe: • A 3-week job has taken 9 months (since Dec 2022) and I still cannot use the braai or the fireplace.

After-sales support and lawyer’s letter: • Chris ignores my calls and has blocked me on whatsapp. • The worst of all is that he does not give any after-sales support and just ignores me completely. • He did the same with my business partner, we sent a lawyer’s letter but he does not take it seriously and just keeps on ignoring us. • My business partner already bought a new braai, the piece of **** that Chimbro built is now just lying in his garage.

I would definitely not recommend him at all. The arrogance of these people is shocking, they still even post our braais on his Facebook page and on various other groups saying that we are happy customers. He is a complete **** and ***** with no conscience, moral compass, or pride in his work.
