Glorified Gumtree service

Glorified Gumtree service. Employees are not properly vetted. If you run into issues, you receive either no response or just legal T&Cs. Take great precaution as their candidates will look after your children. <> Had a Nanny placed from Chilton called Daphne Olivier, who worked for us for 1 year.

She got a new job (apparently) and without giving us notice, she just did not pitch to work the next day. Blocked all our calls etc. We were in scrambles as we both worked full-time and had to take leave to babysit our child.

We wanted to inform the placement agency to note the behaviour and remove such a person from their registry.

We informed Chilton (Noleen Whiting - Owner). After 2 months of chasing for a response, she explained that it can't be proven that the Nanny breached contract and we should have taken better precautions.

In other words, they are happy to have people with low work ethics look after your children.

I wish them good luck with their business, but they won't be getting ours again or any of our friends.
