Poor aircon company

I bought an Alaska airconditioner from Chillogic that was duly installed in our cottage used for Airbnb. A week after the installation we had our first guest and this is when we realised we had a problem since streams of water leaked inside the cottage when the aircon was in use. Following several telephonic and WhatsApp follow-ups and numerous empty promises for a technician to attend to the problem, my calls and WhatsApp messages are now left unanswered, 2 months after reporting this problem. Stay far away from Chillogic Refrigeration.
