******** terms and conditions

This company has ******** terms and conditions. They don't comply with the consumer protection act at all. We terminated their services 11 months prior to our wedding and asked for a refund of our money. They have refused. Since then we have issued them a letter of demand and they again have ignored us. They contravene privacy laws in South Africa. When we refused to sign the agreement they sent us, they refused to refund our money. We have taken this further to allow the law to take its full course against this company. Please know your consumer rights to not fall for these types of companies that have ******** conditions that don't favor the consumer at all.
