Bad service received

Please stay from this company. The senior publisher does not have a clue about self publishing, but he will tell you otherwise. He misled me for two and a half months with excuse after excuse. When he did sent me work, it was just a retyped m****cript with grammatical and spelling mistakes. I canceled our agreement and asked for a refund of my deposit, but now he does not have money to pay me back. New authors please use reputable companies and pay more for a professional job. Do not use this company.
