You will get less than 30% of your deposit back from Chill Pepper Rentals

If you are prepared to lose more than 70% (I kid you not) of your rental deposit, Chilli Pepper Rentals is the right agency to go with.

All three individuals I interacted with over the course of my rental period were very nice and warm, until it came to the time of getting my deposit back after my lease had ended. Unreasonable and unjustifiable amounts were deducted from my rental deposit including painting the ceiling and the entire apartment, which was charged per wall and per door (absolutely ridiculous)

If Chilli Pepper even remotely cares about their tenants and clients they would AT LEAST try and get the cheapest quote possible for painting, cleaning, replacing light bulbs and all the other things they claim should actually be deducted from the tenants deposit.

My writing of this review is to echo and emphasise the same messages other reviewers have written about this rental company, as well as information and evidence I have gathered from interacting with a number of their tenants. So my experience is not an isolated one. A lot of tenants do not take these matters forward because of the time and resources required to do so, or simply being uninformed of the process required, but that does not take away the grief that they feel and one can only hope that the entire team of people under Chilli Pepper Rentals actually realises that they are robbing tenants of their hard earned money.
