I’m in shock over the negligence

I had a ceiling plaster fall on me at midnight of 05.02.2021. I reported it to the agent and nobody came to do an assessment, to clean up the mess so that I can use my bed again or repair the ceiling, even pay my medical bills. Nothing...I’m still in shock. All there was is an email in the morning reporting to a property group. I am guessing that I have to take the couch again tonight :( Disappointing
