Chilli pepper rentals rocks!

I have rented through chilli pepper rentals for 5 years and looking forward to renewing my lease for another year. I came to jhb with a new born baby and Adele has been nothing but accommodating from day one. My rent every year has been affordable. They have been kind enough to renovate the flat this year and guess what..no exorbitant hike with the yearly increase to rent!!! How many landlords would be this good to a tenant? Ernst has been an absolute star with regards to assisting with any emergency fixes and with notifying me of any out of the ordinary occurrences within the area to ensure that our safety is never compromised.
