Poor customer service

Was at Chili chilly at kyalami corner I received a poor service from a tall lady with haircut and dye.she was taking my order while speaking to people passing outside and gave me an attitude look when she became aware of what she is doing it's wrong it's like she was doing me a favour while I was spending not hers she so unprofessional wrote a review on their website till date no response which means the unprofessional it's in the whole store like we bothering ourselves buying from them poor service is in them
