Rude welcoming and terrible service

<p>I phoned the learning centre and the old lady that answered the phone was beyond rude and very sarcastic. She couldn't understand anything i said and then raised her voice at me! I then told her to have a nice day and she said "ya you too" (very arrogantly). I am truly disgusted in the service as these are the people that works with children everyday! I am even too scared to know how she treats the poor children! </p>
