My mobile number is close to the old childline number, so occasionally I get calls or sms/whatsapp asking for help. I try contacting 116, 8 times out of 10 there is no answer. I then try the head office and regional offices no answer. It is outside of office hours. I'm sure the children who need help don't keep office hours. Get your act together, this is ludicrous.
