Useless child welfare services

A call i made this morning to the Johannesburg child welfare in Fox street *** made me realize that South Africans don't love the jobs that they got or do.

My call got through to a very rude lady that does not introduce herself when answering the phone, and when i asked who am i talking to she still goes to say "I SAID CHILD WELFARE HELLO", so i had to inform her that her name is not child welfare and only then she gave her name to be LINDY.

After explaining my story to her and how i need assistance with my brother in law's son been taken and kept by an unstable mother after 8 years of the father raising the child , i was then transferred to another unhelpful lady that answered the phone as if she has just got out of bed , she gave me her name as being YONELA

YONELA could not assist me with anything , even a simple thing as telling me what her superior or team leader name is , she acted as if she went to communicate with the team leader but i could hear her typing what ever she was busy with at the time i called her, only to pick up the phone to tell me that her team leader requests for me to come to the offices and explain what assistance i need. that is when i informed her that my brother in law was at the office this morning but was still turned back with no help, this is the point were i asked to either speak or give me contacts and name for her team leader , only for her to hang up the call in my ear .

I ten called the number again 4 times and all the time they would just pick up and hang up without saying a word .

SOUTH AFRICA CAN DO BETTER WHEN IT COMES TO CHILD WELFARE SERVICES AS WE HAVE A LOT OF MOTHERS AND FATHERS THAT ILL TREAT OR KILL THEIR CHILDREN DUE TO SUCH POOR CHILD WELFARE SERVICES.

If our country continues hiring such people to assist with making a safe future for our children , then our children really have no future as no one is looking out for our children's best interest not even the child welfare
