Please Help ! i want my children back

Hi im angelique...from richards bay ! Please if someone can help me i dont know what to do anymore. Im busy going threw a divorce and have 2 children , i have got a protection order against my husband not to leave richards bay with my children...so he went to the ( child welfare in richards bay ) called Richards bay family care the 4th of febuary 2015...and told the guys Sipho a bunch of lies...i did in form this welfare officer that i had a protection order against my husband, he said that my husband can still take the children .Something i still dont understand ! Ive been to the police station to have a report opend against my husband for kidnapping and has left to johannesburg brakpan with them , They said i couldnt becouse we still married by law...I then went to get a warrent of arrest at Empangeni court, they locked my husband up and still no children ...they are 3years old and 14years old.since the 4th of febuary up until the April 2015.ive been kept away from my children .ive only had contact twice with them.My heart is Broken !my husband and i apeared at Empangeni court the 28th of April 2015 .the case is set out till the 28th of may 2015.still the welfare has no papper wo
