Child Welfare KZN

To Whom it may concern

I am writing today to complain of the poor service we received from Child welfare in Ladysmith District.

I Grechen Davids am a sister to two beautiful sisters by names of Jaylin and Joelin. My mom and Dad has been seeking help from Child Welfare since last year and we have not been receiving any Joy or any feedback what so ever. Jaylin and Joelin are aged 16 turning 17 this year and are currently not in school. My mom and Dad has been running up and down and trying to get assistance but no luck and eventually they gave up and have lost hope now. They need help and things are gone out of hand. My Parents were told to wait as there is a que but really now since last year and no one has contacted them. Please can you guys assist i dont wanna go into to much detail on social but we really need assistance or way forward to get help. Its really sad as they supose to be there to assist..!
