Bad service at child welfare in Silvertown Cape Town

Currently standing at child welfare in Silvertown Cape Town and its 10am. Maybe they under staffed due to covid 19 but where the interests of children are concerned there should some sense of urgency. There is no receptionist at the reception window I am in a que yet there are people in the receptionist office. Why can someone not assist the people waiting. What if a childs well being is being compromised because of the serviceqaq the reception desk. I am sorry where a child is in evolved every minute counts. This is very unprofessional. I am at the window asking for a telephone number the lady coming from tea casually strolls in. Coming on now our kids in this country is suffering surely they can step up their game for our child. #saveourchildren
