Chihwa tours/ bus service abandons and neglect passengers on road

This company provides a service of transporting people to and from Capetown to Harare. They dropped their passengers who included my 16year son in Midrand in the middle of nowhere with no food or any help from 1pm today, it's now almost 10pm and their passengers are still stranded with no feedback or food. Noone from the staff answers when you call to understand what's happening. This is just about the worst service a bus company can give, almost bordering on ********.
