Certificate

<p>I did my trade test as Rigger and Ropes man at Matimba Training centre last year OCT 2016. After I qualified my registration was send to CHIETA to issue my certificate and was told that I will receive in 3 months, and up till today I never received my certificate. I did months of requerement and send many emails and last month I visit them my self. I was at the High Education department as well, and was told that I am registred on the system and must go back to CHIETA for they must issue this cerificate. I was dealing with the following person with no succes.
