Refund Request pending for 4 months

I have been waiting for a refund for the last 4 months. Had to cancel my booking due to the lock down. I have sent numerous emails and i just do not get a response. Hopefully when they decide to refund my deposit it would have accumulated interest. It is so frustrating sending emails and just being ignored. I have lodged a complaint with the consumer Ombudsman as i feel i am being taken for a fool
