False advertising

I went to chicking Rosebank and ordered a 20 piece bucket online as we have always been eating from them with no issues with every visit we had gone there we have always said that we are going to buy the 20piece bucket as there sound system advertises on repeat that when you buy a 20 piece bucket you will get one piece covered in 24 karat gold on us however this was not the case I got home only to find out that there is no piece of gold covered chicken as they advertised on the sound system and there social media accounts it was a major disappointment as both my sons wanted to see this so called chicken piece, so based on my experience chicking misleads customer's as well as indulges in false advertising.
