Worst service in Cape Town

On Sunday 20/09/15 I called Chicken tyme in Bokaap to order in. Once my call went through i asked the lady if they accepted card payments on delivery and she confirmed. With that information in mind i proceeded to place my order. <br> Approximately 30 minutes later my order arrived. i accepted the package and went to on to hand the delivery man my bank card. He declined to take the card, informing me that they did not in fact do card transactions on deliveries. Tired and irritated i offered that we go down the street to find an ATM. We arrived to find that the ATM was closed because it was a sunday so i asked that he go back to the store to get a card machine. i did not hear from him that day.<br> Later in the day a lady Called Fatima calls to harass me for the money and i explained to her that i am holding them to their word as there were obvious inconsistencies in the information they gave their customers. Two days later i was rudely awoken during my after work nap by the same delivery guy from Sunday and yet again forced to walk around looking for an ATM. <br> <br> this was my second dose of bad service at Chicken tyme, enough for me to walk away for good. and let others know not to go there
