<p>Unfortunately I received really over cooked and burnt chicken giblets with my amazingly awesome supreme chicken salad today. I then emailed the H/O and within the lunch rush I received a call from Lionel at the H/O who was kind enough to ask what I would like to do about this situation. We then came to resolve the matter.
