UNHAPPY CUSTOMER /BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made 2 transactions by TYME BANK sending money to 2 different Acc using the contact numbers 😠 but unfortunately the money went out of my ACC but this person never received the money 😠 the sad part is that you can't track ur money by TYME BANK to see what has happen or to reverse it back 😠 it's frustrating 😠 now I mighty lose my money bcs I decided to trust TYME BANK with my money and thinking sending money to my love ones it's safe by TYME BANK
