No online payment and no instant payment to other banks

Two things frustrate me about Tyme bank, no online payment and no instant payment to other banks. These are the two major blocks preventing the bank from competing with major banks. I switched my salary to Tyme and later learnt that Tyme bank is not affiliated with other institutes. I feel that the bank has started well but can do much better proving basic online services that are a must have in modern society.
