Ice cold old food served

So I purchased a few meals from chicken xpress in chatsworth today for myself and my family, and one of those meals were 3 of their chicken and cheese wraps. The 3 wraps were ice cold and when I asked the lady who served us if they dont warm or toast it as its ice cold the response I received was no they receive it like that so I asked dont they atleast warm it she said no they get it that way, which is weird because that means that firstly it's not fresh seeing that it's made and kept and secondly its ice cold , no sympathy at all , I then advised her that in future they need to advise the customers that it's cold food n her response was ok, like what the hell???!!! I took one of the wraps home while the other 2 cold wraps was eaten in store as my mum was hungry. Absolutely terrible service , first place ever received old cold food with this response
