Bad service at chicken Xpress

O bought 2 pieces of chicken at Chicken Xpress Springs Mall, the first piece I ate which was a wing was ok, but second one was raw. I went to complain and the lady there said I should be given a wing which makes my meal 2 wings for a price of a full meal. When I asked she said O already ate the other piece. How would I know is the piece was raw if I didn't eat it. Her attitude was the worst ever, I'm never buying at chicken Xpress ever. Their service is very bad
