Zero Soul Fire ? on hot wings meal

If I could give a zero rating I would...

Today I tried feeding my craving but dololo soul fire on hot wings bought at Fordsburg brunch ... This is the third time this is happening after waiting 15 min for freshly fried "hot wings". Did the mixture change?? Whats the point of selling and charging for hot wings but no soul fire ?... Worst part is they then just give you salt sachets x3 nogal???
