Zero customer care

I placed an order at chicken licken Thabong at 19h09 and went to nearby shops and came back 19h35 only to be told that the person who was supposed make my pops just put them in the stove I'll have to wait. I requested for the order to be cancelled and was told because I bought via debit card they can't. The woman who was assisting me then went to the back to fetch the manager who took her own sweet time to come and assist. Finally she reappeared with a straight face, no willingness to assist at all. She then decided to greet me showing no interest at all to tell me that the ****** pops were ready and I Told her to cancell still only then she uttered word sorry not meaning it of course from her facial expression. I then left with the little that I managed to get (wings). So disappointed
