Your services really unprofessional

I just got to the office from the chicken licken in Braamfisher Drive and the service was really bad. First I did a fly-thru and the lady who was assisting me clearly didn't know her menu as she told me that hot wings max meal didn't come with a drink which was confusing because that is not what the menu says. So I decided to go inside and I saw the meal on the menu so I decided to order. The lady who was assisting was really irritated show how by my presence and she rushed through my order. I took a seat to wait for my food. i waited patiently for 15 minutes while i watch people who came after me leave with their food in a space of minutes. I got up to check my food and i was dismissed with a rude glace. I went back to my seat, my colleague took the slip to check and they didnt give her any attention so I went to check after 30 minutes of waiting. They eventually took the slip to the kitchen and within 2 minutes they brought the wings... I cant believe that I had to wait 30 minutes for 6 wings and also with stand being served with an attitude.
