Wrong orders

I am so disappointed in chicken licken staff at Bethlehem.I have experienced problems with what I ordered and what they give to me.There was an incident when I ordered two pieces and asked for a drumstick and a thigh,when I arrived at home,the pieces were not those that I asked for. I contacted the shop and informed them that I am not happy with the pieces that I was given.That dark lady said to me they will not assist me because I left with the food.I understood because I didn’t check the pieces before I left.Another incident was I was given a wrong order where I ordered wings but I got meat and chips and I remembered that they will not assist once I step out of their door.I kept quiet.I visited the outlet again today and I specifically asked for the drumstick and thigh,I was in a hurry and I didn’t check my order.When I arrived at home,both meals were not according to what I ordered. I was given that breast part and I don’t like it. That dark lady was on duty again today,even when I was given the wrong order,she was the one who gave it to me.I am very disappointed in chicken licken Bethlehem shame.I kept going back even after I encountered problems with my food because I am not a fussy person. I believe I need to get what I paid for from them mara ay the attitude of that lady at the till is very unpleasant and I will never set foot again at chicken licken for peace sake.
