Wrong order specs

The outlet of chicken licken nkomo village attredgeville is a total ******* to customers, maybe is because it is in the township? I always get disappointed when visiting them, I bought chicken on ⁶ 04 July 2024 and I was buying for my daughter she is 5 u asked them to make 1 piece drumstick normal and the other pieces hot on the 5 piece deal, to my surprise the drumstick was hot and I even asked the ladies to please confirm if the pieces are as specified and they rudely said yeah and they closed the drive thru pick up window on me

On the 06 July 2024 I bought myself 3 pieces hot and they only gave me 1 hot piece and the other one was normal with lots of salt, this is very disappointing and disgusting My daughter went for bed hungry because of this guys and this is not the first or second time but this time you made me realize that it is not worth coming back to your outlet if this is how you treat your customers
