Wrong order received

<p>I went to Chicken licken Jane furse yesterday the 5th of March<br />Bought a lunch meal and kiddies meal<br />Half way to pretoria when we decide to eat<br />My food order was wrong,they gave me hotwings instead of my lunch meal<br />I want my REFUND cos clearly I didn't order wings and I need an explanation why I was given a wrong order</p> <p> </p> <p>They sent me a msg to say I should call their head office and I did that ,however their phone just rings with no answer</p> <p>I need to get a response </p>
