Wrong Order.. Miscommunication.. with Bad Attitude

I placed an order for delivery and it was accepted. An hour later, no delivery so I called back. I am informed that my order was less than the required amount therefore it can't be delivered. Why did they not tell me this in the first place as I was waiting for my food?! She says she'll send the driver. He arrives with an order 3 X of mine. I inform him it's wrong. He tells me to call back and order AGAIN!! I phone back and tell the lady he has brought the wrong order. I give her my original order. She tells me she can't deliver it because it was less then minimum amount. I am aware of this but I inform her that I've been waiting almost 2 hours and I was not told that when I placed the order the first time. She tells me it's not her fault, she did not take the first order. 2 hours later I'm still hungry and frustrated. I understand that orders can't be delivered unless they meet the minimum amount, but given the circumstances I was not told about it when I placed my order. I would of understood if I did not have to wait and call 3 times before being told the conditions. I believe as it was a mistake on their part, an acception should have been made. I'm very dissapointed & upset!!
