Wrong order delivered _ no response

I ordered a meal from the Mr delivery App, firstly the driver kept rushing me to come get my food even tho it wasnt even a minute passed since he arrived Furthermore my order was wrong and a much cheaper meal than I ordered!... I lodged a complaint on the app and just received an email advising we looking into it...they asked to upload pictures when when attempting to do so, it says unable to upload... I've sent numerous emails and nobody has contacted me back
