Wrong order

Why is the chicken Licken in Birchacres the only chicken licken where you can not choose atleast 2 options (e.g Thigh and drum stick) for the many pieces that you buy???? As a customer, at all the other chicken licken I’ve been to- I was able to select and today at birch acre mall I was told I can’t choose, n told me that’s his chicken licken , after 20 minutes of pleading with him , he **** n said he’ll give me what I want, but when I got home I found white meat(chicken breast) n I don’t eat that, chicken licken u losing loyal customers bcos of the stuff members u hire, m ****ed
