Wrong Order All the time

I have ordered Chicken Licken Twice in the last week and every time the order is wrong.<br> I ordered 2 Pieces of Chicken with Chips ORIGIONAL no Thigh please, I get to the office its Two Thighs and its hot chicken.<br> I ordered today again I get a thigh again I don't understand why are we given a choice if the cant get it right, its very annoying if I have to say so.
