Wrong order!!!!

Good day I am very very disappointed in the service you guys are giving at the Montana Branch As per my Order (order 3249), I have ordered:2x Slider mix 4 4x Extra cheese for the sliders 2x Big John REGULAR meal. According to me the regular is the one that doesn't have the hot sauce. When I arrived at my home and me and the family started to eat, both my brother and my Father had to leave there food because the Big John meals was not what I have order. Due to this my brother got sick because he can't eat hot food. My dad started to vomit because he has a ulcer and the spicy burger gave him stomach burns.

There is a reason when people ask for regular and spicy. No one in my family can eat spicy. I have specifically told the lady that took our order 3 times that it should be the regular meals and not the spicy kind.

When I arrived at the windows to collect the food I was ask to stop at the walk in door and wait, she who then assisted will bring the food to me. I went and waited and no one came till I went in to fetch my COLD SLIDERS. I don't know where the fault for the spicy food came, but because of that I will no longer support Chicken Licken. Because someone didn't listen or read, my father and brother got sick and family game night was ruined. I have also tried to phone them numerous times on ***, but the phone just keeps on ringing. This is really a very very big disappointment for me, especially since we prefer Chicken licken over KFC!!!! Now KFC has another customer fighting the battle to defeat Chicken Licken, since we don't get disappointments from KFC because they listen and read properly the orders, KFC has a new forever customer.
