WRONG ORDER

I just had a frustrating experience at the Bryanston Chicken Licken. I will cut the story short here because I really shouldn't be writing such emails during MY working hours! The multitasking at the drive thru windows really need to be re-looked. Someone got my order wrong at the drive thru and I only realized when I was already at work ready to eat me food. When I realized that my order was wrong I immediately drove back without my wallet(mistake) and the cooldrink that was already opened. When I get there instead of the staff voiding the order and correcting THEIR MISTAKE they tell me my order is coming slightly higher than what I paid for so now i'm short by almost R10. So now I don't have my wallet and tell them that, but all they could say was that they cannot help. Vusi the manager tells me that me together with the person who took my order were wrong. I really couldn't believe my ears. I'M SORRY WHAT??? I ordered 12 hot wings but get a colslow meal and you tell me I was wrong??!! I was expecting a polite apology from the manager and my correct order but instead I got poor treatment which came with attitude from VUSI the manager himself. I am very disappointed. HOW RUDE!
