Wrong order

Bought hotwings and when I got home to eat, i realised they mixed my hot wings with boneless ones. Went back to advise them n they told me I need to add more money, when I gave them the extra R6. They took the food to replace them and they turned around to say cannot exchange them because I ate one boneless half, i told them how cud I hv khown it was an incorrect order, realised after biting it that its wrong. One of the employees was going on in the background about me complaing for nothing. <br> <br> I am a loyal customer of chicken licken, i was disappointed of how my query was handling. Them telling me I have to pay more money for a mistake they made then turn around and say they cant change cause one wing was eating is unacceptable. They have no respect for their clients
