Worst service from chicken licken supervisor Babalwa at Witkoppen

On the 30th August 2023 @ 19:26, I was at chicken licken witkopoen which I normal use & get good service, until yesterday I got there to find this new lady by the name of Babalwa who is apparently the new supervisor. At the drive through she rushed me to place an order, when I informed her I & my wife were still looking at the menus. This lady sounded so rude & 8 had to shout. When my wife & I got home to find that an one of my orders weren't included, with my petrol which I demanded when she gave me attitude, I had to drive back to the shop. What I can say is that Babalwa gave me an attitude, she didn't even empathize but gave my money back & told me she will wait for the meeting which I demand from chicken licken regarding this kind of service, she showed me disrespect in front of chicken licken staff & commanded one staff to close the door & provide me with an old slip from the trash bin without then even wearing gloves. I am disappointed & want to say I work for a financial institution as a sales manager & what I can tell is that Babalwa does not deserve to be there, I will never ever buy from chicken as this is not the first time. In fact, chicken has one of the best meals, however their service compared to KFC, with people like Babalwa chicken licken will never get them sales, KFC's service is outstanding.
