Worst Service Ever by Chicken Licken Smith Street Durban

Today I experienced the worst service ever at Chicken Licken by Smith Street, Durban. The bad attitude given by the staff and even worse the manager couldn’t take my matter seriously. I’m a person that believes in good customer service in order for me to repeat business or recommend someone to the business. It’s the little things that count especially with my hard earned money and I don’t see myself buying at Chicken Licken ever again. Even the environment smells so terrible!!!
