worst Service by Nkosinathi

Chicken licken Joburg Central im trully disappointed as i placed order via the phone an hour before pick, and calling 2 times to reconfirm my order as i was on my way to a meeting. Nkosinathi was very unhelpful,and neva handed my order to the cashier nd his excuse was people never come to collect their orders.i even paid for my order, now m sitting with my reciept nd no food, i paid for a service i neva recieved..my rights as a consumer have been seriously violatednd i feel indermined as member of the African community.i need urgent feedback nd way to get this resolved before i involve my representatives.
