Worst Service at Chicken Licken

Horrible experience at Chicken Licken The Reef Germiston. Penelope was very rude, she made us wait in the drive through without alerting us that our order is going to take longer. When we ask if we should go park and wait for the order, she rudely rep**** “I took your slip, so it means your order is on the way, just wait” and she didn’t feel the need of apologizing for the inconvenience. I mean what’s the point of a drive through/fly through if you’re going to wait especially for fast food. This is the most appalling customer service we encountered at Chicken Licken.
