Worst service at chicken licken!!!

Today i ordered something over the phone from chicken licken at Carnival mall. Over the phone the man said 10 to 5 mins when i got there they told me we didn't start to make you order and it was 15 mins passed the order time. The had a huge attitude when i asked for my money back and the lady there said she will bring it to me with a lot of disrespect in her voice......I work in the mall and i always buy from chicken licken this is the worst service i received from them and they were not even busy.The didn't even try to fix the problem!
